A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-shows may result in full service charges and may be blocked from future bookings.
Please arrive on time. We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. If we are still able to accommodate you, a late fee may apply.
To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients and for the safety of your service, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced. Exception: our Mini Dolly services for little girls.
We do not offer refunds on services. If there is an issue with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and clients.
We offer a 3-day grace period for nail repairs (same design only). After 3 days, standard repair fees apply.
